Due to memorial bricks being a custom personalized item there are no refunds. We make every effort to make sure that your requested engraving matches your order, if your brick does not match the order we recieved on the day of your purchase we will request a re-make and have it installed with the next round of bricks at no charge. If you feel you have made an error in spelling or want to change your engraving please contact us as soon as possible, if the order has not been submitted to the engraver yet, we can make those changes for you.

Replacement memorial bricks or tags will be available at the discounted wholesale cost of the brick or tag and engraving.
